
CoreFusion:
A total body workout that mainly targets the CORE region (abs, lower back, gluteal muscles, pelvis and hips) while incorporating strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and Pilates training. Devices such as stability balls, balance trainers, resistance bands and dumbbells are used to make CORE muscles work harder. COREFUSION will benefit both the recreational exerciser looking to elevate his/her fitness level or the athlete wishing to enhance his/her performance. |
Core Training for Athletes:
Core training is especially beneficial to coaches who wish to give their athletic team the competitive edge. By designing core classes tailored towards specific sports, athletes will run faster, jump higher, kick harder, throw farther, swim and cycle longer distances. Project Fit will come to you or classes may be held at the Project Fit studio. |

Allie’s “Just DU It” spin classes (run/spin/run):
Watch out! You’re about to enter the SpinZone. Allie’s “Just DU It” program is an intense 12 week program designed to progressively prepare participants for a two mile run, a 45 minutes spin, followed by another two mile run. This program is the ultimate cross-training/interval workout for long distance runners looking to improve on speed and endurance. SpinZoners
will be pushed out of their comfort zones for the entire workout
which will ultimately take them to the next level, both physically
and mentally. |

Evening Spin:
For the “I’m not a morning person” people, this 50 minute spin class is for you! Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, thereby allowing them to work at a level of intensity that suits their fitness needs. This class can be as tough or as easy as the spinner decides to make it! |
Beginner's Spin:
For those individuals who have always wanted to try out spin but who might feel too intimidated or physically unprepared to do so, this class is for you. This beginner’s spin class will introduce you to the SpinZone in an enjoyable and progressive fashion. Seasoned SpinZoners looking for a more challenging ride only need to pick up their pace and turn their dial to the right! |

Executive Burn:For individuals looking for a way to incorporate fitness into their busy daily lives, this 45 minute circuit class is for you. While the main focus will be on the abdominal area, this class will also include strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises. Project Fit is looking to encourage working men and women to reduce stress and reduce health risk through exercise. A happy and healthy workforce is a productive workforce! Step out of the office and into Project Fit! |

“Allie’s Boot Camp (Innovation. Not Imitation):“Allie’s BootCamp” offers short-term, intense military-style training drills adapted to fit a wide range of fitness levels. This no-nonsense approach to fitness typically takes place outdoors in early morning. The focus is on teamwork, sportsmanship, mental fortitude, and physical toughness. Exercises concentrate on agility, speed, endurance, and strength training using body weight. ***Stay tuned for details on “Allie’s Basic Training BootCamp" a twelve week program with the same dynamic trio: Allie, Joe T, and Jeff. “Allie’s Team BootCamps”:Using fun yet challenging team drills, Project Fit’s Team Bootcamp will push your athlete’s physical and mental boundaries to the limit. These camps are not designed to break, but rather to stretch your athlete in mind and body in an environment where successful completions is attainable only as a team. “Those who suffer together grow tougher together!”

Private Group Training Classes:
Create our own class with Project Fit. Choose a group of 4 to 9 people with whom you feel comfortable and who have similar fitness goals, and Project Fit will design a class just for your group! Ex: “Simply Seniors” is a small group of 4 to 9 friends ages 60 and older who would like a low-intensity class which focuses on resistance training and balance work. Project Fit will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with this particular group and design a class that meets their fitness goals. Ex. Mommy and Me Bootcamp is a group of mom’s who would like to get out of the house and exercise with their toddlers. Project Fit will create a class to accommodate their needs. |
Group Training Classes:
These classes are open to the general public and are composed of 10 or more people of all fitness. These classes are full of energy and the opportunity to meet new people. |
